NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Tyler Junior College District will meet at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of November, 2010 in the Board Conference Room, White Administrative Services Center, at the College in the City of Tyler, Texas for the following purpose:

1. Work session on finances.
2. Annual report on the 2009-2010 Strategic Plan.
3. Update on campus projects.
4. Discussion regarding consent agenda items.


NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Tyler Junior College District will meet at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of November, 2010, in the Board Room, White Administrative Services Center, at the College in the City of Tyler, Texas, for the purpose of addressing the following agenda:

1. Consideration of minutes of meeting held on October 28, 2010.
2. Discussion regarding project plan and finance plan for City of Lindale Reinvestment Zone #2 as approved by the TIF Board on November 10, 2010.
3. Consideration of agreement to dedicate 75% of TJC tax increment on the real property located within the City of Lindale Reinvestment Zone #2 to the TIF fund for the period 2010-2029 for the payment of project costs.
4. Presentation on campus civility.
5. Consideration of certification of Smith County tax roll in accordance with Section 26.09(e) of the State Property Tax Code.
6. Consideration of monthly financial and investment reports.
7. Consent agenda:
a. consideration of guaranteed maximum price for the Genecov renovation project.
b. consideration of lease for TJC-Lindale between Main Street Center, LLC and Tyler Junior College.
8. President?s Report on upcoming events.
9. Closed meeting.
a. personnel matters (Government code 551.074) including appointment, resignation, retirement and leave of absence of faculty and staff.
b. deliberation regarding real property (Government Code 551.072).
