Sealed proposals will be received in the Office of the Director of Purchasing, Tyler Junior College, 1327 S. Baxter, Tyler, Texas, 75702 until 2:00 PM April 16, 2004 for the following projects:

RFP#2004-273 Installation of (1) elevator, Genecov Building
RFP#2004-274 Replacement of floor, Gentry Gymnasium

Additional information and specifications may be obtained by contacting Mr. Fred Carson, Director of Physical Plant, Tyler Junior College, (903) 510-2255. All items or services called for in the above mentioned proposals must be in strict accordance with the specifications and requirements furnished.

All proposals received at the above stated time and place will be publicly opened in the Office of the Director of Purchasing, Tyler Junior College at 2:00 PM, April 9, 2004. All bidders may be present for the proposal openings.

Tyler Junior College reserves the right to reject any and all of the proposals received or to waive any informality in the proposals received if deemed in the best interest of the college.

Submissions shall be clearly marked on the outside of each submission with the correct RFP #, title, and closing date & time.
